The Story Behind Raw Rev
Alice Benedetto came up with the idea for Raw Rev in 2003 when she was a young single mother trying to find her toddler son a low-sugar healthy snack at the local grocery store.
The problem was she couldn't find one that was not over-processed and loaded with sugar, so she went home and ground up some nuts and fruit and made her own"bar" treats.
To Alice's surprise, her son loved her concoctions, but an even bigger surprise was that so did the neighborhood kids.
This is when Alice thought she could start a business, and soon after Raw Rev was born.
